My name is Ashley Sirna and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with people experiencing a wide variety of issues. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, but have experience working with a wide array of people including adolescence, adults, and the elderly. I believe in addressing issues early in order to prevent future struggles.
Adolescence and young adulthood can be a challenging time! I think having support and someone that can walk with you through the process can make all the difference. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including aspects of CBT, strengths based therapy, and family systems therapy.
