I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. Throughout my career, I have partnered with clients as they navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, and life and career transitions. I earned a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in Human and Organizational Development and a Master of Science from Georgia State University in Professional Counseling.
I utilize various approaches to help my clients live their best lives, including person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness therapies.
My goal is to create a caring, empathetic relationship with you to help navigate life’s ups and downs. Maintaining a warm relationship that focuses on nurturing you toward your goals, desires, and outcomes is my priority.
