About
My clients are individuals who have experienced a loss, and are often in a transition in their lives. Depression, anxiety, trauma, death, miscarriage, infertility, addiction related-loss, suicide-related loss, divorce, or surprise DNA results are a few of the hurdles my clients are experiencing. In times like these, life can feel disorienting and it may be hard to know which direction is up. My approach to therapy is to help you sort out the goodness and strengths already within you to encourage introspection and confidence. Identifying your values, we will work together to make life more manageable again.
I will follow your lead at times, while pushing you out of your comfort zones at other times. Whether you are navigating your fertility journey or grieving a loss, you will know yourself better, and be able to articulate yourself more clearly, over the course of treatment. Creating a life worth living consistent with your values will be our task together.
Taking the first steps to prioritize yourself can be hard, and I honor your efforts at this time. Together, we can create a plan to help you gain clarity and direction in your next steps moving forward.
