I come to this field with unique and complex life experiences. This drives my passion for creating a safe space for understanding for individuals who don’t fit neatly into boxes or labels and often fall between the cracks in the counseling world. I work with adults and teens of all walks of life, but I am especially passionate about empowering neurodivergent and marginalized populations, along with those experiencing identity related issues.
My goal is to help clients discover ways to heal and overcome difficulties so they can live more meaningful and authentic lives. I don't believe in a one-size-fits all method and draw on theories and modalities based on client needs. I value diversity and have a deep appreciation for creative expression.
My style is laid-back, conversational, and collaborative. I offer flexibility and aim to support client comfort in an inclusive space where your personal quirks, stories, values, beliefs, and experiences are respected.
