I take an experiential and creative approach to psychotherapy that embraces the power of art and its ability to aid in self expression. Whether you are struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, self harm behaviors or identity issues I am here to listen and empower you through your process.
I have a passion for working with teens, young women/non binary folks and those a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. My offerings include art therapy, brainspotting, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, inner child work, mindfulness and other trauma focused approaches.
