As a certified Brainspotting therapist, I help clients find specific eye positions, or brainspots, to tap into implicit memory and nonverbal processing. Finding a brainspot through the field of vision helps to process and release traumatic or negative experiences from the brain that may otherwise be difficult to access through talk therapy.
I am passionate about support clients through current struggles in order to help achieve relief and hopefulness around their life.
