I help teens and young adult manage anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem challenges with curiosity, compassion, and a laidback supportive approach. Together, we will build self compassion, trust in yourself and clarity about who you are and what matters most.

Using a blend of ACT, CBT, and person centered therapy, I’ll help you learn practical skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop self compassion so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
