In our sessions, you’ll have the space to say the things you feel like you ‘shouldn’t’ say out loud—without judgment, along with learning practical skills to cope. You can expect to be introduced to some aspects of ACT, CBT, & somatic experiencing therapy, which are all evidence based as the best in treating perinatal concerns.
I’ve been through some of these struggles myself, which led me to open Re:birth. As the founder and owner, I have a deep passion for this work, and balance that passion with evidenced based treatment —no platitudes, no toxic positivity, just real support.
