The clients who meet with me strive to deepen their sense of self, challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and work to develop new ways of managing difficult emotions. When couples meet with me they aim to strengthen their friendship and understanding of their partner for a more secure relationship with better communication overall. Whether you're hoping to develop better self-esteem, manage your depression or anxiety, improve your relationships, work through past trauma, or get a better understanding of your emotions, I am here to support you!

I enjoy meeting with individuals as well as couples at any stage in their relationship. I also provide supervision for pre- and post-licensure clinicians, as well as therapy for clinicians seeking support. I operate from a from psychodynamic and humanistic perspective, and utilize ACT, CBT, and the Gottman Method frequently with the clients I see.
