Hi there! I'm so glad you're here, taking the steps to find what you need- whether that be to learn more about yourself, develop skills to cope with being a human in this difficult world, or to just be heard in a loving space. LGBTQIA+ affirming, intersectional feminist, sex-positive. I specialize in working with female and non-binary folks ages pre-adolescence into adulthood from all backgrounds and lifestyles. I am currently not accepting men or young children. I specialize in working through issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, interpersonal relationship struggles, and adjusting through life's hardships.
As a holistic therapist, my approach involves getting curious about our patterns, listening to the messages of our body, mind, and spirit, and integrating into our whole Self. Primarily I use IFS-informed and other mindfulness-based strategies to build your awareness of your inner landscape, thus improving your relationship with yourself and with others.
With the current state of the world, this is a particularly difficult time for all of us in countless ways. I would be humbled to walk along side you through this hardship. I welcome any questions you have to see if we would be a good fit.
