Life, with all its beauty, is filled with adversity. Clients I work with feel overwhelmed, like a failure, stuck, and unsure of how to manage all of life's demands. The clients I support are dealing with issues at work, school, in their relationships, or struggling with past traumas. I offer a space for clients to explore, reflect, and build practical skills to handle symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, autism, adhd, or trauma. At this time I work with adults (18+) only.
My approach to counseling is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs. I empower clients to recognize their strengths, values, and goals for therapy. I support clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities to live their best lives. I also offer ADHD and Autism evaluations for adults.
