I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Abilene Christian University and my Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas Arlington. I have been in practice for over 9 years in a wide variety of settings including outpatient clinics and facilities as well as providing therapy to those residing in an inpatient setting.
When asked as a child what I wanted to be when I grew up, I never knew the answer, all I said was that "I want to help people." In a road I never saw coming I learned my way of helping others is through a positive therapy experience. I believe every single person can benefit from therapy to understand themselves better and live more skillfully in the world.
