I'm Ashley! Creating a unique approach for each client is the center of my work. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision (CES). My counseling experience focuses on trauma across the lifespan, military, veterans, first responders, and perinatal mental health. I focus most of my practice on the interpersonal aspects of life, trauma, and relationships. My approach centers on supporting clients in strengthening their relationship with themselves, bonds between them and those closest to them, and to build a renewed path forward.
I work with clients to address anxiety, depression, loss, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, attachment injuries, pain in their relationships, and other experiences that might make you feel stuck. I support individual clients across the lifespan who are navigating these experiences along with couples and families.
Finding the right fit in a counselor is key in building connection. I strive to provide a supportive, comforting space where you can be your full self. My hope is to make counseling easy to fit into your busy life. Together, we can develop a plan for progress and talk about ways start on the path toward your desired goals right away.
