I'm Ashley! I believe counseling should be tailored to the person sitting across from me, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision (CES). My experience includes working with trauma across life, military, veteran, first responders, clients in the perinatal period, and those seeking support in their relationships. Much of my work focuses on the ways our experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Together we can explore patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen important relationships, and create a meaningful path forward.
I work with individual clients and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. Whether you are facing a recent stressor or carrying the impact of longstanding experiences, I help clients better understand their experiences while building practical tools for growth.
Finding the right counselor is an important part of the process. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can show up as your authentic self.
