Whether you are wanting to manage challenging emotions, process trauma, need help navigating life transitions, or just wanting to learn how to be the best version of you, with counseling I can help you work towards your goals.
I enjoy working with adults 18 and older who are looking to improve symptoms related to difficult life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am primarily a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) and a Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Provider. I have experience working with military veterans.
Seeking support can be a difficult step. I will provide a nurturing and safe place to process your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I do not believe in a "one shoe fits all" approach.
