A lot of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, guarded, or unsure if therapy will actually help—and that’s okay. I work with children (3+), teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, substance use, and major life transitions. I also support parents who are trying to better understand and navigate their child’s emotional or behavioral needs. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest about what they’re carrying and supported as they figure out how to move forward.
My style is laid-back, supportive, and easy to open up to. I create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe being themselves while still doing meaningful work that leads to real change. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients better manage emotions, improve communication, build confidence, and feel more in control of their lives.
