I provide play therapy for children and families navigating big emotions, anxiety and life transitions. Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate approach that helps children express and process feelings through play, creativity and connection-especially when talking feels hard. I offer a warm, child-centered space where kids can feel safe, understood, and supported as they grow. I am passionate about supporting children of all ages, neurotypes, genders and emotional needs. I welcome all children-especially those with big behaviors, those who feel withdrawn and kids navigating learning differences.
When helpful, I collaborate with parents to support understanding, connection, and consistency beyond the playroom. We create a kind and supportive space for children and families, honoring each child's unique voice and experience. Through play, we help children express themselves, build emotional resilience and strengthen communication within the family.
