I strive to be a radically honest therapist with a mission to help all people navigate self-exploration. I believe emotions are informative to the quality of our life experience. I also believe we live in a world full of a lot of information and that feels overwhelming. I feel when people understand their emotions, they can take control of their life. My clinical experience has focused on serving active duty-military members and their families. With this professional experience and as an Air Force & Army dependent, I am most familiar with the unique culture and dynamic of being a military family member.
Together we will identify an evidence-based strategy that works best for you. I am familiar and comfortable with a variety of interventions and modalities which we can tailor to your most important goals for therapy. I specialize in EMDR, CBT, SMART Recovery, CPT, and familiar with fundamental DBT tools and skills.
