Much of my experience has been with active-duty service members and their families, and as an Air Force dependent myself, I deeply understand the unique culture and challenges that come with military life.
Together, we’ll find strategies that actually work for you. I’m comfortable with a variety of evidence-based approaches, and we’ll tailor them to your goals in therapy. I specialize in EMDR, CBT, SMART Recovery, and CPT, and I also incorporate foundational DBT skills as needed.
