Do you struggle with emotional regulation and utilizing healthy coping skills? Has it been difficult to sustain attention during tasks or manage your time effectively? What about planning and prioritizing the day to day details that can sometimes appear extremely intimidating? I dedicate my work to support clients across the lifespan who struggle from difficulty with executive functioning skills. As an occupational therapist, I support in improving confidence, skill set, and providing practical tools/ strategies to use everyday!
I work closely with individuals who have ADHD, Autism, and learning differences. I enjoy supporting families and offer parent coaching to provide insight and strategies to help build independence and effectiveness.
I offer virtual and in-person services in NE and virtual only in CO and GA. My goal is to support the busy student as well as the multi-tasking parent. I provide a safe, energetic, and fun environment to ensure retainment of strategies to help kids, teens, adult clients, but also support for parents who are looking for answers and breakthrough!
