I can help you improve relationships, overcome challenges, cultivate personal growth, and gain the self-confidence you need to thrive. My specialties are teens, young adults and LGBTQIA2-S+ individuals struggling with trauma, sexuality or gender identity, as well as those who struggle with dissociation and neurodivergent disorders. I make therapy a safe, comfortable, and productive place to be. No judgment. Just clear communication and understanding.
We will use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and parts work to help expand your window of tolerance and find emotional peace and healing. I also utilize Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping meditation, to give you immediate relief and the Myers Briggs and Enneagram testing to tailor therapy to your unique personality.
Therapy should be more than an hour a week – it’s about learning how to feel at peace inside yourself so that you can transform your life.
