Pleased to meet you! My name is Ashley Gomez-Hotko LMFT. I provide individual telehealth therapy to adult clients in California and Florida. My theoretical approach is a wide variety combo of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapies including EMDR, mindfulness, and always served with an emphasis on strengths, sprinkled with warmth, relatability, and humor. I am also LGBTQ+ competent and identified (and proud).
