Hello, I'm Ashley. Life can be difficult to navigate at times, especially when going through major life transitions. These things can greatly impact our well-being, especially if we do not have the proper tools to work through them. It can seem impossible to deal with these life stressors and escape from the overwhelming feelings that accompany them.

In 2014, I graduated from Lindenwood University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. I often incorporate my background in psychology and art, having received a Bachelor’s degree from Truman State University in those areas.
