Surfside Solutions & More Counseling, LLC offers mental health treatment to clients struggling due to abuse, trauma, and life transitions. Additionally, we provide treatment for general anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar and most other mental-emotional disorders. We use a surfing model in our counseling practice to indicate how the problem is the wave and the solution is the surfboard. We help clients identify and develop solutions to surf their waves.
