I primarily work with children and adolescents facing difficulties with emotion and behavior regulation, depression, anxiety, school-related issues, bullying, attention and impulse control, family and life transitions, interpersonal relationships, self-harm, and trauma. My experience spans various settings, including a psychiatric residential facility for children, a community non-profit, and public education as a school counselor.
In my work with children, I integrate play therapy and expressive arts techniques to create an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment for emotional expression and healing. For adolescents and adults, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
My passion lies in helping others uncover what makes them feel like their best selves by building up confidence and resilience. I believe every individual has the capacity for growth, and my role is to provide a safe, empathetic space where clients can be vulnerable.
