Women's Sexual Empowerment Group
This 8-week group explores a series of essential topics aimed at helping women feel sexually empowered and tackle the shame surrounding sex. Topics that are covered include pleasure-based sex education, exploring personal desires, addressing negative self-talk, and identifying ways to improve personal sexual well-being.
