Change is scary, but so is staying the same. Pursuing therapy can be intimidating, but it is courageous work, so I am glad that you are here! I have experience working with concerns related to grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I am passionate about supporting the Latinx community as well. I also have extensive experience working with young adults and college students navigating various life transitions.

My focus as a therapist is to provide you with unconditional support, validate your experiences and feelings, and challenge you to grow to achieve the desired change you seek. I offer individual sessions for adults and see couples for relationship concerns.
