Hello and welcome- I’m really glad you’re here:) Searching for a therapist can feel overwhelming, and finding the right fit matters. I believe one of the most important parts of this process is the connection you feel, having a space where you can be honest, open, and fully yourself without fear of judgment. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, overthinking, panic attacks, and major life transitions. I often support young adults, women & men who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, you’re not alone!

I believe that two things can exist at once: you can be strong and still need support, and you can be growing while still feeling stuck. My goal is to offer a space for you to slow down, process trauma, emotional patterns, and life stressors, and begin to reconnect with yourself. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative with you as the priority!
