For nearly a decade, I have worked as a School Counselor supporting children and adolescents through challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, life transitions, divorce, family conflict, and peer relationship difficulties. In June 2025, I decided to pursue my private practice license to work with individuals of all ages. I am committed to creating a warm, supportive, and affirming environment where individuals feel valued, understood, and empowered. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and inclusive of individuals and families from all backgrounds and experiences.
My counseling style is collaborative, strengths-based, and goal-oriented, integrating person-centered and solution-focused approaches. Together, we will identify what is most important to you, develop practical coping strategies, and build self-awareness to support meaningful growth and change.
