I strive to maintain a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment for everyone. My goal is to establish a positive therapeutic relationship by meeting each person with honesty, compassion, and respect wherever they may be in their journey. As a client-centered therapist, my treatment approach focuses on the individual needs of each person in order to assist them in reaching their goals. I utilize a range of styles and techniques to incorporate what is most beneficial and comfortable for each individual person.
I have previous experience working in private practice and the inpatient setting. I practice EMDR Therapy and received my EMDR Training Certificate of Completion from the Maiberger Institute, an EMDRIA approved provider of EMDR Trainings.
I welcome individuals to work to find relief and growth in the difficulties of life. We cannot control challenges that we experience, but we can adapt and understand how they affect us and how we react. Understanding our emotions will help in healing and growing.
