Weeks, months, and even years can go by before we even realize how much it is impacting us in all areas. My aim is to cultivate an empathic and affirmative space that encourages trust, self-exploration, honest expression, healing, and developing tools to thrive. I tailor each session to prioritize your feelings, wants, needs, and self-care practices using a blend of mindfulness practices, TF-CBT, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy.
With over 5 years of experience working in community mental health and with unhoused populations, I have dedicated time and energy towards helping individuals and families build happiness, learn, grow, & heal.
