Every person in this world is like a mirror directed outward - We often attract relationships and experiences, which meet us at the level of our current self-esteem. I have a passion for helping women to let go of internal critical voices, which often fuel unnecessary anxiety, fear, distraction and self-doubt. I am licensed and practice in both the State of Georgia and the State of Louisiana.
I utilize a multi-modal, yet individualized approach with each client. I focus on self-awareness and mindfulness as I guide clients to look within themselves, rather than seek their truths from external sources. My goal as a therapist is for each client to live more authentically and to practice more self-compassion.
As deep emotional wounds and family "imprints" are identified, processed, and healed in a safe, loving, and therapeutic setting, my clients discover self-love and a sense of true accomplishment. Clients begin to engage in productive behaviors and healthy relationships, which gives rise to increased energy, joy, and confidence.
