Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I feel it is important to recognize that every individual has a unique story, and that the events that shape our story do impact who we are and how we perceive life around us. I desire to partner with you to explore how these experiences have influenced you to find solutions and navigate challenges.
I enjoy working with college students, adults, and older adults. I have 15 years of experience working with individuals in varied settings such as schools and medical social work. I utilize a person-centered approach and engage components of several other evidence-based therapies to better meet the individualized needs of the person(s) I am working with.
My goal is to provide a space that is safe and free of judgement to allow individuals the opportunity to begin the work of healing, strengthening insight, developing appropriate coping skills, and moving towards creating healthy habits. I would be honored to walk alongside you through this journey and look forward to working with you.
