My practice is dedicated to walking alongside adults navigating life’s many seasons: whether you are experiencing the challenges of anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or exploring your identity in times of transition and parenthood.
My specialty is supporting women through the perinatal and postpartum journey—creating room to honor the joys, struggles, and discoveries of motherhood.
