Prioritizing your mental health is one of the most compassionate things you can do. Whether you’re facing a life transition, strained relationships, anxiety, or disordered eating, you deserve support. I specialize in helping high achievers, perfectionists, and people pleasers who seem to have it all together—but feel overwhelmed inside. You may constantly strive for more yet never feel “good enough” or put others’ needs ahead of your own. These patterns can leave you emotionally drained and disconnected.
With 10+ years of experience, I offer a safe space to slow down, be heard, and heal. I believe you're the expert on your own life however using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-informed approaches, I can help you regulate emotions, release old wounds, strengthen self-trust, and build meaningful relationships.
Clients describe me as conversational, compassionate & direct. I use practical tools and insight-oriented therapy to help you develop lifelong skills that align with your values. Like the Hummingbird, you can learn to be adaptable, resilient, and joyful—even in challenging seasons.
