I work with the conscious & subconscious mind, while helping gain self-awareness to understand that self-limiting behaviors are caused by thoughts, feelings & beliefs of which you may be unaware. My work is particularly effective in holistically managing depression, mood & anxiety disorders. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship based on respect, empathy, challenge & change in an environment of openness, understanding & collaboration. I utilize knowledge of human behavior, motivation, behavioral change, & interactive counseling techniques.
