My focus is on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, career transitions, and LGBTQ+ care. I work with people who may appear high-functioning yet feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns such as people-pleasing, overextending, or difficulty setting boundaries. I am especially attuned to those balancing high expectations while carrying emotional stress, and I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space where you feel seen, understood, and supported.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with brain-body approaches, including Brainspotting, to support deeper processing and lasting change.

Together, we will explore underlying patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical tools that promote balance, clarity, and sustainable well-being.
