I have extensive training with DBT to support teens and young adults develop healthy skills to adapt to life's challenges and go from surviving to thriving! I also specialize in behavioral therapy & parent coaching to guide parents and support children and teens with addressing emotional, behavioral, and communication challenges at school, home, & in public.
