I work with children, teens, and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, family conflict, life transitions, and the everyday pressures of growing up.
I specialize in working with kids and teens navigating anxiety, panic, ADHD, school concerns, and relationship concerns. My goal is to help adolescents build practical tools for managing emotions, improving focus, and feeling more confident in their daily lives.
