I take an eclectic approach to therapy, using a variety of techniques tailored to each client’s needs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, OCD, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, ADHD, and parent coaching. I work with teens and adults.
Above all, I want to empower you by offering support and equipping you with the tools you need to navigate and overcome the challenges you're facing.
