My approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic frameworks–primarily Person-Centered, Relational, and Narrative modalities–based on your unique needs. I will bring warmth, humor, and authenticity into our space. Our therapeutic relationship will provide support that you may not have found in the past, helping you move towards your future.
