A Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida I focus my practice on use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Life Coaching. I also provide EAP counseling and help with workplace concerns and employment/employer issues. I provide family therapy and couples counseling. I help clients reach effective solutions to their varied challenges. I believe that each individual has the ability to overcome struggles and to learn ways to self-heal.
I have worked with couples, children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of disorders and concerns including; PTSD/trauma, suicidality, abuse and neglect, anger, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, marital problems and relationship issues/concerns, behavioral issues/concerns, parenting problems/stress, substance use/abuse, and adjustment issues.
