Ashley is a native of the DE shore and graduated with her Masters of Social Work in 2015 from Salisbury University. She has a passion for joining individuals in accomplishing their goals through the therapeutic process by using an interactive person centered, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy approach. She is certified in Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and also trauma certified through the Ferentz Institute.
Ashley has over 12 years' experience working in clinic, inpatient, and school settings addressing a variety of symptoms ranging from trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
