Hi! I am Ashley, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida that specializes in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety and Related Disorders across the lifespan. Do you or your child have intrusive thoughts, engage in compulsions, or experience anxiety that gets in the way of you living life the way you want? My goal for therapy is for you to have the confidence to apply the skills and tools you gain in therapy to your everyday life. So, you can take charge of your life again and live it in a way that aligns with your values.

I am passionate about providing evidenced based therapy and have received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). This treatment is effective at treating obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, and related disorders. I am trained in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).
