PLEASE check spam folder for email responses. My name is Ashley and I am a fully trained EMDR therapist, and the owner of Transformations Counseling & EMDR Services, LLC. I work with individuals struggling with PTSD/C-PTSD, trauma, and all the crap that comes from those. I ask questions to get to know you better, leave the floor open for questions to be asked for me so you can get to know me better and start to develop a treatment plan together to ensure we are always staying on track and not wasting any time or money.

I see virtual clients in PA, NJ, and SC. I offer EMDR therapy and I am working on certification in EMDR, I continue extensive trauma trainings to ensure I am up to date on the information needed to best help you, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and take a somatic approach.

I, too, am a trauma survivor and I feel that my personal experience, combined with my professional experience, not only brings a sense of professionalism but also a more genuine and deeper level of empathy and understanding for clients. I also understand and encourage dark humor when working through the therapeutic process.
