My style is authentic and straightforward—no bull, no judgment, just real conversations with evidence-based strategies.
I, too, am a trauma survivor and I feel that my personal experience, combined with my professional experience, not only brings a sense of professionalism but also a more genuine and deeper level of empathy and understanding for clients. I also understand and encourage dark humor when working through the therapeutic process.
