If you're feeling overwhelmed by the constant stress of every day life, overstimulated and burnt out regularly, or like you can't find any peace amidst the chaos, please know you're not alone. My aim is to create a space where you can quiet the outside world and start to explore the causes of what is troubling you. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, trauma, relationship and parenting issues, life transitions and every day stress. I provide gender-affirming care.

My work is rooted in helping clients explore and heal from emotional wounds, understand their inner world, and build greater self-compassion. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and exposure and response prevention.

Therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or overly clinical. I strive to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self, and I'll do the same. I use humor, mindfulness, and genuine conversation to help you feel comfortable, seen and validated.
