Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m a therapist who genuinely cares about helping people feel understood, supported, and a little less alone in what they’re going through. Reaching out for therapy can be hard, and I don’t take it lightly when someone chooses to share their story with me.
I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and just feeling overwhelmed by life. A lot of my work focuses on helping you understand what’s going on in your body and nervous system, learn how to regulate emotions, and find coping tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.
My style is pretty down-to-earth and collaborative. I’m not here to judge or tell you what to do—I’m here to listen, help you make sense of things, and support you in finding what works for you. I really believe that feeling safe and comfortable in therapy matters, and I do my best to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
