Hi and welcome to my practice. I’m glad you’re here. Being human isn’t easy, and you don't have to work through life's challenges alone. I work with clients to inspire your innate wisdom and restore a sense of wellness to your life. I seek to treat the entire person not just a narrow set of symptoms. This could mean finding hope in darkness, calm in a storm, perspective when lost in the woods, or a steady hand to help you up after you’ve fallen. If we work together, the therapy process will be unique as a truthful reflection of your unique self—including your personal history, strengths, challenges, goals, and present capacity.
Therapy will involve feeling into, imagining, and considering the experiences that are disrupting your sense of well-being (whether feelings of depression or anxiety, relationship turmoil, trauma, or other adverse experiences). We will explore memories, values, experiences, images and insights to foster resilience, new perspective, and change.
My hope is that when our work concludes you walk away with expanded awareness, as well as tested and reliable skills to help you navigate your life going forward.
