About
Beginning therapy can be one of the most challenging, yet rewarding, decisions a person can make. I believe a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment can promote desired change, insight and personal growth. I know that each individual is unique and will tailor my approach to meet the needs of my clients. My experiences include Home based, Outpatient and Community settings.
I am trained specifically in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), a treatment that is highly effective in treating trauma and TF-CBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy), an evidence based treatment for children and adolescents impacted by trauma as well as helping their parents and caregivers. I am also certified in addiction.
It is a privilege and honor to be a part of this journey with you. I am happy to help in anyway I can. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
