I have a passion for helping my clients reduce and release trauma and anxiety through the powerful tool of Brainspotting, calming the nervous system and allowing improved functioning overall. I integrate Brainspotting with tools that are effective both in and out of therapy sessions, including mindfulness, self-compassion, parts work and behavior changes.
