As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, it is my goal to help anyone who needs it. Licensed in both Iowa and Illinois. I am a multicultural therapist whose main goal is to assist my clients in being the best person they can be. I have been practicing therapy for over 13 years with a wide range of clients. I specialize in Family therapy, Individual therapy, Couples therapy, and group counseling. I see individuals with a wide range of presenting problems such as identity development, marital problems, life problems, infidelity, sexual identity, imposter syndrome, coping skills, life transitions, family conflict, parenting conflict, trauma, and ptsd, and more.
I am currently accepting major insurances and I offer my services on a sliding scale and my sliding scale is income based. I am here to help you and help you understand yourself more. I am not here to judge you or tell you what to do. With my help, it is my hope that you will grow as an individual and become the person you were always meant to be.
