My name is Ashley Howard, and I am the owner of Ashley Nicole Counseling Services. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who provides teletherapy services to young adults and adults. Clinically, I am most successful working with individuals who are looking to work on relationship issues (peer, family, romantic, parent-child, work, etc), anxiety, depression, chronic health, life as a neurodivergent person, and parenting struggles. I enjoy helping clients identify their goals, develop skills to work toward those goals, and feel more confident in their own abilities.
As a neurodivergent clinician, I know that we don’t need to be “fixed.” Instead, I help clients embrace their strengths and develop new strategies for thriving. My strength-based, trauma-informed approach draws from various modalities to create individualized, compassionate care for each person and family I support.
